Whew!! What a weekend! We’re headed back home tomorrow after a fun race running, belly laughing, friend-filled weekend! Let the party keep rolling as we change gears from running Gasparilla towards Tobacco Road Marathon. Time to start looking forward to the next challenge!
Monday – one mile to loosen up my legs
Tuesday – one mile and maybe some PiYo
Wednesday – 3 miles
Thursday – 3 miles
Friday – 1 mile
Saturday – 15 miles
Sunday – 5-7 miles
I’ll do some PiYo somewhere else during the week. I’m still waiting on my second DVD set to arrive so I can do some of the week one workouts.
