Weekly Fitness Plan

Whew!!  What a weekend!  We’re headed back home tomorrow after a fun race running, belly laughing, friend-filled weekend!  Let the party keep rolling as we change gears from running Gasparilla towards Tobacco Road Marathon.  Time to start looking forward to the next challenge!

tobaccoroadmarathontrainingEssentially, Gasparilla was our highest weekend mileage to date, so we’re technically back on the taper to Tobacco Road.

Monday – one mile to loosen up my legs

Tuesday – one mile and maybe some PiYo

Wednesday – 3 miles

Thursday – 3 miles

Friday – 1 mile

Saturday – 15 miles

Sunday – 5-7 miles

I’ll do some PiYo somewhere else during the week.  I’m still waiting on my second DVD set to arrive so I can do some of the week one workouts.
