Weekly Fitness Plan – Tampa or BUST!

It’s here!  It’s here!! It’s finally here!!  We’ve reached Gasparilla race week and we are so ready and excited to go!! TampaTraining

Monday – This will be my only run of the week with any kind of distance behind it.  Easy 3 miles for me!

Tuesday – one mile

Wednesday – one mile early.  It’s our travel day and we’re planning on driving about half way.

Thursday – one mile  We’re finishing the rest of the drive down today so I’ll get a mile in, hopefully on the beach. 🙂

Friday – one mile  Loosen up those legs just a bit

Saturday – First day of races!!  We have the 15K and 5K today!

Sunday – Day two!  The half followed by the 8K.

Anyone else running Gasparilla?  Have a race this weekend too?
