After 3 weeks not being at school, I head back tomorrow. I have some good workouts planned, just hoping that I’m not too beat every day and can get it all in. The miles are kicking up again this weekend too! I’m ready for the challenge!
Monday – 1 mile and BodyPump class
Tuesday – 1 maybe 2 miles and BodyPump class
Wednesday – 4 miles
Thursday – 3 miles
Friday – 1 mile
Saturday – 10 miles
Sunday – 11 miles
Total miles: 31-32 miles
I slacked off on my two minute plank last week so I’m back on it this week.
