Weekly Fitness Plan – Gasparilla Week 5

Another week of training for Tampa coming up!  I’m also super excited because I get to start using my new running journal to keep up with my runs and other fitness activities. 🙂

4 weeks down, 8 to go!

Monday – Run 3 miles

Tuesday – Run 5 miles

Wednesday – Run 1 mile

Thursday – 3 miles

Friday – 1 mile

Saturday – Frosty 25K (15.5 miles), as a training run

Sunday – 4-5 miles recovery

Total miles: 32.5-33.5 miles
