Weekly Fitness Plan

I’m so excited about this week because it’s our holiday break which means I have time to get in all my runs without having to compete with after school meetings.  YAY!  I’m looking forward to running with some friends who are also on vacation for the holidays too.


We have a back down week this week!

Monday – 7 mile run with Cara…keeping her company on her long run. 🙂

Tuesday – 1 mile

Wednesday – Christmas Eve Run with friends, 3-5 miles

Thursday – Christmas Day 1 mile

Friday – 1 mile

Saturday – 5 miles

Sunday – 6 miles

I’m also doing a daily 2 minute plank this week with one 3 min plank on Friday.

  1. Looks like a good week! :] I haven’t done any planks in a while, and need to get my butt to running again (after I catch up on my studying 😥 )! I like to think it won’t be so daunting once I actually start! 😛
