This is my personal blog about my journey being a runner girl and a mom to a super spunky 11 year old daughter and a wife of almost 16 years to my husband, Nick. Life for me is all about fitness, family, friends, food and fun!
I’ll write everything from my weekly workouts and food plans (I’m trying hard to be a cooker!) to great, new apps and products that I find useful for fitness. I’ll share recipes on a weekly basis for those people who love a good quick easy meals. I will provide race recaps and updates on my current running streak, running routes and run-cations (running vacations), etc. I’m sure I’ll have some rants and raves along the way too! All part of the wonderful world of running and fitness.
I am no means an expert nor a trainer of any sort, just an everyday lady with a love of running and fitness. I just want to share my experiences only.
