It is the start of marathon training!!! Yes, this week kicks off training for 7 Bridges Marathon!
Fitness
Monday – 2 miles and BodyPump
Tuesday – 4 miles
Wednesday – 3 miles
Thursday – 4 miles
Friday – 1 mile
Saturday – 5 miles
Sunday – 6 miles
Total miles: 25 miles
Meals
We suspended our Hello Fresh delivery while we were on vacation. Our delivery will be here on Wednesday which means Monday and Tuesday are on our own. I’ll shop food for each day.
- Chicken Caesar Salads
- Pasta of some sort

- Seared Steak with Crispy Potato Salad
- Coconut and Macadamia Crusted Tilapia
- Warm Spinach and Spicy Chorizo Salad

Yay to the start of marathon training! I’m still 2 weeks out from the official start, but the prep work is going on…oh that heavy lifting!
Oh yeah! We’ve been slowly adding in miles to not shock myself with the back to back long runs. The first few weeks are pretty easy, by August, the longer runs start.
Your meals sound so darn yummie! My run plan is similar to yours this week but I am only shooting for a half here in the near future. Glad you enjoyed your vacation.
