Weekend mileage is creeping up again! Slowly adding miles to prepare for back-to-back running in Tampa and ultimately, Tobacco Road Marathon.
Monday – I’m going with a mile recovery, might try for 3. Depends on how I feel. There’s also a mid-day yoga class.
Tuesday – 1 mile and maybe yoga
Wednesday – 3 miles
Thursday – 3 miles
Friday – 1 mile
Saturday – 11 miles
Sunday – 13 miles
Total weekly mileage: 35-37 miles
Weekly focus: Hydration
I need to really concentrate on getting plenty of water all week.
